Delivery:
At West and Green we provide a delivery time on all our products of generally between 2 - 6 weeks.
Availability:
All items and products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if for any reason, the products you have ordered are not available.
Returns :
Returning an item?
if you would like to return an item for any reason you must first contact us by emailing info@westandgreen.ie to receive a returns authorisation number -please note : no items will be refunded without a returns authorisation number.
How do I return an item?
A printed order summary and returns slip should be included with each delivery you receive.
Please complete the form and return any items to the address provided on the integrated label (please note this is not a pre-paid postage label.)
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 28 days from when you receive your items to make a return. Items returned to us past this date will not result in a refund and you may be charged a second delivery fee if you wish to have the items back.
Are returns free?
We're not able to cover any return postage costs if the goods were delivered to you without fault or damages. Furthermore, any loss or breakages that occur during the return process will not be covered by us. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
Please note that, on rare occasions, stock may become unavailable after we have accepted your order. In such circumstances, we may need to cancel the contract with you. In such circumstances and a full refund will be issued.
Will I receive a refund for returned items?
If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent, along with your unique returns authorization number, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, including any delivery fees (minus a 10% restocking fee).
How do I return an item from overseas?
If you are making a return from outside Ireland, please declare the shipment as a 'Return to Origin' to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. Any items declared otherwise will incur a charge and West and Green cannot be responsible for any outstanding import tariffs or duties.
Any items that reach Ireland with outstanding charges will be held by customs for a period and ultimately sent back to you, which could mean you miss your 28 day return window.
Are any items excluded from returns?
We cannot accept returns of bespoke items, special painted items, samples or any items that have been fixed to surfaces using screws.
Will I receive a refund for returned items?
If product(s) are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, including any returns delivery fees. If however the product(s) are not faulty or damaged then you, the customer must cover the cost of the returns delivery fee. (please note there is a 10% restocking fee if you are a customer from outside of Ireland)

You should receive email confirmation once your return has been processed and accepted.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are made to the card or account that made the original payment and should arrive within 10 working days of your return being accepted.
What happens if my items arrive damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please get in touch with info@westandgreen.ie as soon as possible if you have received an incorrect or damaged/faulty item.
